How Ascendo handles submitted business context
This notice explains how Ascendo Analytics handles personal data and business context submitted through contact, briefing, resource, and Wedge Fit Check forms.
Controller
The controller is Ascendo Analytics. For privacy requests, corrections, or deletion requests, contact contact@ascendoanalytics.com.
Data We Process
Depending on the form, we may process name, business email, company, role, company website, organization type, market context, submitted hypothesis, decision context, consent records, source page, timestamp, technical request metadata, and communication history.
Purpose And Legal Basis
We process submitted data to respond to requests, assess commercial fit, deliver requested resources, prepare briefings, and handle pre-contractual communication. Where you opt in to broader follow-up, we may use your contact details to discuss relevant Ascendo validation services. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Wedge Fit Check Submissions
Wedge Fit Check submissions should be sanitized. Do not include confidential IP, client names, unreleased financials, code names, M&A-sensitive details, or other information you are not authorized to share. If the case is sensitive, use the NDA / stealth handling option or contact us before submitting details.
Ascendo does not use client-submitted business hypotheses for public content, resale, or training public AI models by Ascendo.
Recipients And Tools
Submitted data may be processed through the website hosting provider, email provider, analytics tools, database or storage provider where applicable, and internal tools used to respond to the request. We do not sell submitted personal data.
Retention
We keep request data only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and improve qualification workflows. You may request correction or deletion unless retention is required for legitimate business, legal, security, or compliance reasons.
Your Rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability of your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
